At Duzzi, we want to give our customers an enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All the items on Duzzi are meant purely for wall decorations, and should not be used for any other purpose. They are delicate, unique pieces which were crafted carefully by hand, so please handle with care. Avoid sharp objects that may catch onto the threads and avoid excessive moisture. 

RETURNS

We will not accept exchanges or refunds, and damage to the items as a result of not following the care instructions will not be covered. Each piece is handmade and different techniques and materials are used for every single item, so any irregularities or imperfections are traits of its unique aesthetic.  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our aim is to give back as much as possible to the community of refugees who are volunteering their time and skills to hand craft these products. Due to this, we offer two simple shipping options:


10 Euro standard shipping, world wide. This is basic shipping directly from Greece. The orders will take approximately three weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country. 

 

Free shipping to Australia, USA, United Kingdom, Greece. We offer free shipping to these countries. However, the wait times will be up to two months. In collaboration with Lifting Hands International volunteers, we are able to organise for outgoing volunteers to bring products to the following countries to avoid international shipping costs, leaving more money for women's services.
